All Racer X Fabrication brand products are subject to a 1 Year Limited Warranty from the date of original purchase. In the event of a possible defect in material, design, or any other defect in a part manufactured, designed or sold by Racer X Fabrication, the responsibility of Racer X Fabrication is limited to either a refund of the purchase price or the replacement of the product if Racer X Fabrication determines the product to be defective, and subject to Racer X Fabrication's inspection of the product within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the merchandise only and shall not; in any event, exceed the original purchase price. Racer X Fabrication will not be held responsible for secondary or consequential damages or costs (including labor, towing, etc.) incurred due to failure of this product.
Warranty claims must ship pre-paid to Racer X Fabrication for review. Claims must include the failed part(s), RMA number, and original proof of purchase. If the claim is missing any of these items, it may be rejected and returned to sender. Product must be received by Racer X Fabrication within 14 days of RMA's issue date. Please note that before Racer X Fabrication can issue an RMA for any product, it is first necessary for the installer or end user to contact tech@racerxfabrication.com to discuss the problem. Most issues can be resolved via email. Under no circumstances should a product be returned or a RMA requested before the above process transpires.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferrable. Any repairs or modifications made to Racer X Fabrication products, improper installation, misuse, or abuse will void the limited warranty. Credit for defective products will be issued pending inspection by Racer X Fabrication. This warranty does not extend to third party products often used in Racer X Fabrication products, such as bearings, rod ends, turbochargers, or any other non-Racer X Fabrication brand products. Racer X Fabrication, under no circumstances will be responsible for incidental and/or consequential damages, property damages, personal injury damage, or damage, injury, cost or expense of any kind or nature whatsoever.
All parts manufactured, designed, or sold by Racer X Fabrication must be installed by a licensed technician. Serious injury, death, and property damage can result from the use of automobiles. This risk is increased by improper installation or misuse of aftermarket parts.
Note: All vehicle modification components, except those that are exempt by local laws, are intended for OFF-ROAD use only. These components are legal for racing vehicles only, which may never be used on public roads and highways. Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of this part may void the warranty coverage on your vehicle. The loss of vehicle warranty rests solely on the vehicle owner. Vehicles modified by the use of performance parts may no longer be lawfully used on public highways. User assumes all cost and risks associated with these items. Racer X Fabrication is not liable for any fines or penalties incurred by the user. Please know your state and local laws.
By purchasing a Racer X Fabrication product or a product sold by Racer X Fabrication, you (1) acknowledge the above disclaimer and agree to its terms, (2) agree that any claim brought against Racer X Fabrication arising from and/or pertaining to or otherwise related to a product manufactured, designed, or sold by Racer X Fabrication must be brought in the Michigan State Courts located in the County of Ingham or in the Federal District Court for the Western District of Michigan and that Michigan laws shall apply on all issues; and (3) any claim against Racer X Fabrication must be brought within one (1) year of purchase of the product. Racer X Fabrication makes no other warranty, express or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
