The Racer X Fabrication shifter cable bushing kit for the 1991-1995 Toyota MR2 is designed to enhance shifting feedback and feel. The OEM bushings are comprised of rubber and after 25 years are worn out and tired. The shifter bushing kit is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and holds a teflon spherical bearing (not found in other kits). The Racer X kit also uses our custom bushing spacers which provides a greater amount articulation and reduces binding even further over the flat washer alternatives. This is the perfect component to bring your manual shifting experience back to life.

awesome quality for mr2 1991
So much more worth it then the Rubber bearings. definitely worth the money won’t be changing my bearings as often as i used to considering they’re the good kind. just make sure to take off old washers it takes up the space you need for the bearings to go on perfectly and correctly which i found out later on.
