The Racer X Fabrication fuel pump hanger for the 2012+ Chevy Sonic is designed to use a walbro style fuel pump. The fuel pump hanger allows you to remove the OEM pump which runs out of fuel at higher horsepower output. The fuel pump hanger kit can be used with a return style fuel system, which is mandatory when using larger injectors and a fuel pressure regulator. The fuel pump hanger kit is the ultimate fuel system solution and makes for a clean and simple installation when using larger than OEM fuel pumps.
Construction
The hanger is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, features a return port and viton o-rings to reduce NVH at the fuel pump mounting location. It comes with all stainless steel hardware and is anodized for corrosion resistance making it compatible with E85 or pump fuel.
