The Racer X Fabrication exhaust manifold flange for the 2012+ Chevy Sonic 1.4L is CNC laser cut from cold rolled steel. It is designed to be used with 1.25” schedule 10 pipe fittings. The flange is 1/2” thick and ready for welding, a heat sink is highly recommend to reduce warping during the welding process.
